New Stash...

Good Evening to you all!!

I know...it has been a while since my last post.....again.

For some reason lately, even though I have been stitching, I have basically made zero progress on anything.

I did however purchase 2 new charts from HAED when they had their sale last time round. I bought 2 story keeps:

StoryKeep: Home is Where the Magic Is (Randall Spangler)

StoryKeep: Magic Arrival (Anne Stokes)

I have made a start on Home is Where the Magic Is, but as yet it is basically just a dark blob LOL.

I may pull out Moon Goddess again and do more on her. Fingers crossed I can get back into it again and get out of this little ditch I'm in with the stitching.

Hope you are all keeping warm and well.

Until next time

Spring Fairy and Joan Elliott SAL Updates

Good Morning to you all.

It is rather chilly out there this morning, and whilst on the school run, we had a few flakes of snow....nothing really to write home about though, but I sure wish we'd get a huge downfall so my little one can have some fun in it (she's never seen snow before).

Whilst it has been cold, other than the usual housework, I have been nestling under the blanket on the sofa with my stitching. I've been working on Spring Fairy and the Joan Elliott SAL. It has been a long time since I've stitched on Spring Fairy, and I think it is about time she got finished.

Here are how both projects are currently looking:

I am planning on finishing the skin on the above fairy today and hopefully completing her, minus beads, all of which will be added at the end so I can't break them with my frame.

Until next time, I hope you all keep warm and safe.

Stuck in a rut!!

Good Afternoon all.

I've been having a glance at my blog and it would seem that I need to knuckle down with these projects lol.

I have had the same projects on the go for years now (obviously my HAED's are going to take time) but I really should start to have some finishes, especially as I have soooo many things on my to stitch list.

I'm going to continue with what I'm working on at the moment which is my Joan Elliott Mystery Faces SAL she is hosting on facebook, then I think I'm going to have to pull out my 12 days and try and get that done.

I'm hoping to have an updated pic on the JE Mystery SAL soon as I'm working on the last 2 faces.

Until next time.

PAGE FINISH!!!

Good morning to you all. I hope you are having a great day so far. As my post says I do have a page finish.

I've had a very productive few days on moon goddess and as a result page 8 of 36 is complete.

Here are the pics:

I'm not quite sure as to what I feel like working on now so I'm going to peek into my wip box lol.

Until next time

Happy new year and an update

Good evening to you all.

I am so sorry I haven't posted in such a long time. Since my course finished I found myself rather unsettled and all over the shop.

I now find myself more settled and enjoyed a very quiet Christmas with hubby and kiddies.

I am posting an update now on moon goddess who I haven't been able to put down and as such I finished page 7 and made a great start on page 8.  Here is how she currently looks after 3 years work. Hopefully 2015 will prove to be a more productive year on the stitching front.

I also want to wish everyone a fantastic new year and I hope 2015 brings you nothing but joy and happiness.

Until next time
