Woop!! Another square completed.

Wow. I know it has been a little while since I last posted but I have been battling (yep battling) with the 2 turtle doves square. I must have spent the same amount of time unpicking and restitching the thing. I have however finally finished it. Onto the next square now.

Here is a pic of a finished 2 turtle doves square.

Progress on 12 Days of Christmas

Well as promised yesterday here is an updated picture of my 12 Days project. I managed to finish the angel on the left hand side of the project.

I also have some more lovely orts filling up my jar for next month.

February 10th TUSAL

Well here it is. My Ort jar for February.

As you can see I have been busily stitching away. The threads are from my new start: Spring Fairy and from an older project: 12 Days of Christmas.

I'm hoping that for the next TUSAL I will either as many threads or even more as I continue to work on finishing 12 Days of Christmas in time for this Christmas.

I am planning on updating with a new progress pic of 12 Days in the week sometime. Want to finish the one bit I'm working on first

I hope that whatever part of the world you are from you keep warm and safe.

Until next time

Joan Elliott's 12 Days of Christmas Update

Good Afternoon everyone!!

Well here in South Wales, we are getting some odd weather.. One minute it is pouring down the next hailstones and then sunshine! The only that has been consistent over the last few days has been the strong wind.

I have however been getting some stitching done. I think I've made great progress on this project since the last time I worked on it.

I've finished labelling each of r boxes so next I'm going to start on the gold borders within each box then on the designs themselves.
